All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Returns Policy

It is of up most importance to us that you are happy with your purchase. We offer a 14 day no quibble return policy, If you are dissatisfied you may return goods for exchange or a credit if you follow the instructions below:

Important Please Read

Returns will only be accepted with a valid RMA number (Return Merchandise Authority), Please email customerservice@flightstore.com.au to obtain your RMA number.

    * Returns will NOT be accepted without a receipt or proof of purchase.
    * We log all serial numbers of products dispatched, please ensure any goods returned are the actual item purchased from us.
    * Returns will only be accepted if we issue a RMA number within 14 days of the shipping date
    * Return postage costs are at the expense of the customer.
    * Refunds will be less postage, handling and insurance.
    * An administration fee will be applied to any returns that have been received in less than A1 condition and deducted from any refund. except where goods are deemed dead on arrival or not fit for purpose.
    * This is solely to cover the cost to us of providing a service to you.
    * Before returning ANY item, please obtain shipping instructions from us at customerservice@flightstore.com.au

Conditions for Returning Items

Unopened Items

Can be returned for a full credit (less the shipping costs) within 14 days of the shipping date.

Opened items

Can also be returned for a full credit (less the shipping costs) within 14 days of the shipping date provided they meet ALL requirements below:

All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards, other accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Returns not meeting this standard may be refused and returned to you at your expense, or accepted and assessed there maybe a 25% processing fee applied, entirely at our discretion.

Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. We will pay for shipping and handling charges for re-shipments due to wrong, defective, or damaged merchandise you have received.
We reserve the right to authorize returns beyond 14 days under special circumstances. IF the product is authorised for return beyond 14 days, a 15% processing fee will be charged.
If items on orders are cancelled after they have been shipped, shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.

Before you ship your package to us, please include inside the return package a copy of your invoice received with your package to ensure proper credit. We will credit you the purchase price of the product shown on the invoice, less any applicable fees. For your protection, be sure to ship your return via registered post. The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned items. Shipping methods for re-shipments due to wrong, defective, or damaged merchandise you have received will match the original shipping method established with your order. Please allow sufficient time for your return to be delivered to us, we will endeavour to process all returns in a timely manner.

Canceling an Order

Any order maybe be canceled at any time prior to shipping, once it has been shipped you must follow the return proceedure above.

Delivery transit times

We quote expected delivery transit times for each service offered, however on occasion circumstances can occur such as extreme weather events or delivery vehicle breakdowns that mean delivery times may take longer than quoted. We are therefore unable to offer any guarantee what so ever that the carriers used will be able to deliver your order within the quoted time frame. 95% of orders are delivered within the expected time frame. Delivery to remote locations may take longer and by ordering from this website you acknowledge that this may be the case.

Warranty

As authorised dealers of all the products we sell any product purchased through us will carry the standard manufacturers warranty as advertised by them, in the event of you requiring repairs under the stated manufacturers warranty we ask that you follow the manufacturers warranty claims process, we strongly advise you to keep your sales invoice and register your product with them by using the forms included as this may be required in order to obtain repairs from the manufacturer. We do keep copies of all invoices so if you have lost one and require it please contact us as we may be able to send you a copy. Should you need any assitance with any warranty claims we will of course be more than happy to assist, please contact us at customerservice@flightstore.com.au.
