1. Base Station CDB124 Airband VHF Fibreglass Antenna 3dBi 118-136MHz - 1500mm - Antenna Only
This product is most suitable for FBO (Fixed Base Operator) or Airfield Lighting Applications.
The CDB124 is a 1.5 meter Ground Independent Coaxial Dipole Fibreglass Base Antenna that has a 150mm x 20mm diameter stainless steel base tube for mast mounting. The antenna is supplied with a 500mm Coaxial pigtail featuring a waterproof FME Male Connector. Included in the kit is a 10m feed cable with waterproof FME Female Connectors on both ends. There are 2 types of FME adapters supplied for connection to either a handheld VHF radio or a base station VHF transceiver.
The CDB124 is broadband antenna that covers the entire Aviation Air Band Frequency Range from 118MHz to 136MHz without the need for tuning.

MAST MOUNTING
The CDB124 can be mounted onto any vertical mast using Worm Drive Hose Clamps (Supplied) or by using a Dual Parallel Antenna Mounting Bracket (Sold Separately).

NOTE1 - Longer Feed Cables add Line Loss, the natural reduction of signal strength (attenuation) as an electrical or radio signal travels through the wire.
For a distance of 20m or longer, it will require a Heavy Duty 400LL Coaxial Cable with N-Type connectors and a Heavy Duty N-Type Antenna. Link below.
